What we collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, and details about the business you want to buy or sell, when you book a call, email us, create an account, or sign an agreement. Our hosting provider also records basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, provide our services, prepare introductions, and send you updates you asked for. We share business details with a buyer or seller only as part of an introduction you have agreed to.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the site and our work, including Calendly (scheduling), Supabase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), and our email provider. They process your information only to provide their services to us.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing mason@waystationadvisors.com. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
